Dental Elements is a lovely practice to go to. The receptionists are always kind, welcoming and helpful. I only know one of the dentists, he is professional but friendly and kind. He deals with my dental issues gently but thoroughly and always has good advice.

I have had Invisalign braces and Chirag was fantastic throughout the process. Very happy with the final result. All of the staff are professional and friendly. Early evening appointments are available which is great if you can't make it it in daytime. Would highly recommend this dental practice.

I can't praise Dental Elements enough.. from reception to treatment, everyone is friendly and more than helpful. A patient of theirs now for some years; when Covid allowed, they welcomed me back, when I've needed an emergency appointment, they have been more than facilitating.. Had a broken tooth. I didn't know about emergency appointments so phoned at about 09.30, only to be told there were none, as I should have called at 07.30. I said I would phone again the next morning. However, the receptionist called me later that day to say there was a cancellation, & did I want it? I was seem at 18.05, tooth was taken out & despite it being "dead", it did not want to shift. Donny was very kind & gentle, despite the fact it was really stubborn; I didn't feel a thing. Excellent service.

I am very happy with Dental Elements. The dental care has been caring and thorough and it is nice that during the appointments the team is helpful with advice and answering questions. Absolutely amazing experience from Jon and Sarah. They were both very caring and calm and meticulous with the level of care they provided. My root canal procedure involved two 2 hour visits. They put me at ease and I have high confidence that they have done their very best to try and save my tooth. I can’t thank them enough! I am currently pain free and really glad I chose Dental Elements. I wish I could have them as my everyday dentist! Highly recommend without hesitation, this practice to anyone needing specialist root canal treatment. You will be in the best hands!

I generally find dental hygiene appointments really unpleasant and painful. However Hygienist Michelle Archer was really thorough while also managing to be very gentle. My teeth felt really good following my appointment and for the first time I was happy to book my next appointment for six months time. I would definitely recommend Michelle.

I can't praise Dental Elements highly enough after they helped me, as a new patient to get seen swiftly after I'd had a week of intense pain following an infection in my front tooth. I was given an appointment the day I called them with Donnie and his team who are just the nicest people. They assessed my problem and gave me antibiotics to treat the infection and advised that root treatment would be necessary to fully address the issue. I'm not a nervous patient but the words root canal do instill a bit of anxiety but I had no reason to worry at all and can happily report I've received both treatments now and I am pain free. Donnie is an incredibly nice guy and throughout my treatments he and his team were continuously informing me of what they were doing, checking I was comfortable and incredibly gentle and caring. Nerves did get the better of me and I went on a bit but Donnie was patient, listened to me and put my mind at rest. I need to go back for a full checkup but I'm happy to do so and one very happy and satisfied new patient. I can't recommend Dental Elements enough, from the warm greeting as you arrive from the lovely reception team to the care and treatment you get from the dentists. If you're a confident or less assured patient you have nothing to be concerned about if you visit them. Thank you.

As an existing patient of Dental Elements I have always been satisfied with the treatment I have been given and the manner of my dentist and support and reception team. My teeth were in bad shape following years of negligence and through a course Invisalign, composite bonding and whitening they are looking better than ever. Unfortunately I chipped my front tooth yesterday, I called the reception and they got me in to see my dentist this morning (less than 24 hours since the incident). They were able to fix my front tooth in less than half an hour and sent me on my way. I don't normally write reviews but over the last 24 hours they have blown my away with their level of service so I felt compelled to write something. 100% would recommend to a friend.

I am one of those people who are scared of going to the dentist as I was previously traumatized by a bad experience many years ago and will avoid it much as possible. Unfortunately, I badly chipped one of my front teeth where there was a very old filling (with hidden decay) and I needed it fixing as it was a very obvious big chip. I was seen by Dr. Patel and I highly recommend him! He talked me through the process and the options and what he thought was the best course. He's very light handed, and made me feel relaxed and at ease. I am extremely happy with the result of his work. Thank you so much Dr. Patel!

Have been with Dental Elements for over 12 years since I moved to Leatherhead. From the outset they have been professional, efficient with great expertise but most importantly caring. When ever I needed “ emergency” care for example losing a front filling I seen on the same day and where possible residual work was undertaken. All this as a National Health patient. I recently had an extraction not the most pleasant experience but handled sensitivity and without pain! I was impressed to have a follow up call two days later to check that I was ok and there were no issues. I heartily recommend Dental Elements!

If you need anything from a minor filling to an extensive treatment plan from the minute you first walk in the door the whole team the lovely lady's on reception to your dental nurse and dentist all go above and beyond always make you feel welcome and comfortable, nothing is too much trouble and they won't stop until your happy having given the best service possible! I have experience of other practices and I have wanted to run out the door screaming. If you are even remotely nervous DON'T BE you will not meat a nicer bunch or come away with anything but knowing you were given the best care and treatment around don't settle, don't take second best your teeth are important and no one will take more care of you than the dental elements team! I have been with Dental Elements since 2013 and have been well taken care of by Jon and his team. All the staff are welcoming, friendly and professional. The dental practice is modern, well organized and very clean. I have gum disease and need hygienist appointment every 3 months. Catherine, the hygienist, is very knowledgeable and always delivers a fantastic job. The teeth cleaning is gentle and yet thorough. Jon is very kind and caring, and has helped me with making an urgent referral to a specialist very promptly. A few years ago, I had wisdom teeth extraction with Andrew, who was calm and reassuring. It went really well without any problem. Thank you so much Dental Elements! The service provided is absolutely outstanding. Highly recommend!

For me, this is the best dentist practice I have ever been to, the treatment was excellent, and they were able to show me with Xray that I had a Gum infection, that was caused by another dentist who also charged me a lot of money for a small filling, £165.00 and also gave me a gum infection and the same time. Dental Elements was excellent, Dr Patel, gave me an antibiotic for the gum infection and in 7 days it was all gone. This is the only dentist I will now ever go to, and the price was £45.00

Such friendly staff. Not the nicest thing going to the dentist but it makes it so much easier when people are positive. I have quite the phobia of dentists due to some bad experiences at previous practices so when I attended my appointment I was expecting it to be unpleasant at best. I was mistaken. I’ve been twice now - once for a visit to the dentist and another to the hygienist - and they were both brilliant and worked hard to make me feel comfortable. Consequently, the next time I have to book an appointment I won’t spent six months procrastinating and trying to put it off! Thanks guys!

On arrival, I am always greeted with a smile, which makes me feel very welcome. I have been seeing Dr Chirag for root canal treatment and before each appointment, he thoroughly explains what is about to happen and makes sure that I am happy with it to go ahead. During the procedure, he and his assistant keep reassuring me and ensure I am ok. If you can enjoy going to the dentist, then I do.

Underwent Invisalign treatment with Dr. Chirag Patel and Dental Elements to revolutionise my smile and I couldn't be happier with the results, as part of the treatment I also had teeth whitening and composite bonding and now my teeth are my favourite asset! I cannot thank Dental Elements enough for sorting my smile! After losing my front tooth I was in need of an urgent fix. Dr. Chirag Patel was able to see me within 24 hours. I had an upper wisdom tooth extraction with Dr Vijay Bhargava and I’m really glad I’d found such a great oral surgeon. I was especially nervous because of my bad experience in the past with some other surgeon. But the minute I met Dr Barghava and his amazing assistant I felt I was in good hands. I received exceptional care. The procedure was painless, went smoothly and took less than 10 minutes. Also, I cannot give high enough praise to all the Dental Elements team for implementing the extra health measures and delivering an excellent service post lockdown.

I visited Dental Elements to have an Invisalign consultation with Dr Chirag Patel. I had been deliberating for a while as to whether to go ahead with the braces but Chirag was able to answer all of my many questions with sound knowledge of the product and put my mind at ease. I have since had my braces fitted and couldn't be happier with the service that I received from Chirag and his team. He has a very calming and confident approach to his work which makes sitting in the dentist chair more bearable.

Spending years avoiding the dentist due tetracycline stains on my teeth, I only ever attend a dental surgery if a filling was needed or I had tooth ache. I move to Leatherhead recently and registered with Elements Dental Surgery as I needed a filling. During my session with Dentist Andrew Logeswaran I explained my position on previous dental treatments and how I’d lost faith / confidence with the whole process. I explained what I’d like my teeth to look like and wanted to work with the teeth I have. Andrew explained the process and journey we could take which I agreed. We started with fillings and I found the process very comfortable, not like the treatments I’ve had in the past. The next step was teeth whitening, I was quite dubious as I’ve had teeth whitening before with little to short-term results. First appointment on whitening was to fit the dental moulds and then started a 2 weeks process from home, with a final session at the surgery. The teeth whitening product is called ENLIGHTEN. The results are amazing and I smile with confidence every day, thank you Andrew. I’d like to thank all the staff at Elements Dentist Leatherhead for their warm hospitality and professionalism.

I have been a patient at Dental Elements for a number of years and have always been pleased with the service and treatment. Recently, as a result of longstanding gum issues (that have inevitably caught up with me despite a lot of treatment over the years), I have had a couple of acute dental problems that have needed emergency treatment at Dental Elements. All the staff, from reception to clinical (my dentist is Donnie Graham), have been most helpful and understanding. They have dealt with the problems efficiently and effectively even though seeing me as an emergency must have disrupted their schedules. They certainly take patient welfare and comfort very seriously. It looks likely that I have to expect more problems in the future and it is good to know that Dental Elements is there to help. Not only is this a really nice dental surgery with ideal parking just across the road , the staff are all really friendly . I had a big procedure done with Jon which I was extremely nervous about however I cannot praise his work enough . Not only did he put me at ease through out my treatment with him , he genuinely is a really nice guy who makes you feel comfortable right away taking away the initial anxieties of being sat in that dental chair . His assistant is also a lovely lady who made every effort to reassure me throughout . Cannot recommend highly enough 🙂

I had a root canal treatment with Jon yesterday and I don't think I have ever had a better dental experience! Being a dental nurse myself I obviously know what sort of thing to expect during treatment but it still doesn't stop me being a bit apprehensive 😉 My treatment yesterday was completely painless and I felt very relaxed in the chair. My elderly mother had been told that nothing could be done to improve her bottom teeth but Andrew didn't see a problem and has sorted her teeth out in no time, improving her bite and smile and giving mum her confidence back. An appointment was arranged with Jon Lee, who with his assistant (I think the lady's name was Sarah) carried out a highly professional repair, they made the whole procedure, both a complete breeze and a laugh with their friendly and professional approach in which they take great pride. From entry to exit it's very clear that this practice has extremely high standards and all involved work brilliantly as a team, creating a relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend Dental Elements and will not hesitate to return in the future; I now have a tooth that you wouldn't even know was previously chipped and I have my smile back.
